Avetis and his team went above and beyond to get my car fixed. After painfully dealing with the insurance company to get the process started, I brought my car to VCC. They dealt with the insurance company from then on saving me from phone tag and headaches. I got my car back quickly and with excellent repairs done with genuine parts used. Nothing but the best and professional service from the team at VCC. They communicated well and did the repair right. This is the best service I have received in the auto industry. Thank you! Brought my car in for end of lease repairs before turning in my car. I was given an estimate by Avo. It was very budget friendly based on what I was quoted by the dealership. Along the way, I was helped by Moso and Mike. They were all friendly and professional. The most honest and trustworthy shop that I've been to in a long time. My back bumper was damaged and VCC took the best care of me and my car. They were very honest, caring, and helpful. Someone hit my car in a parking lot and then I was referred to Ventura Collision Center by a friend and it was one of the best referrals I've ever gotten! Avo was the guy who handled my repairs and he was very responsive and reliable. He updated me every step of the way and made the experience nice and easy. Their location is very easy to get to and conveniently right on Ventura Blvd. I also dealt with Avo's partner Moe who was very nice and helpful throughout the whole process. Some of the nicest guys you'll ever meet that work there as well. When they finished the repairs they gave the car back to me in better condition and cleaner then when I dropped it off. I will definitely be using these guys in the future for any and all of my repairs! Thanks again guys for all your help!!

BAMMM!!!!!  I got smacked in the rear and Avo and his crew helped me get me back on the road as painless as possible.  I want to say that Moe, a real genuine dude explained the entire claim process, helped me deal with the other parties insurance and was able to calm my gf and I through something I wouldn't wish my own family to go through. He was not only patient with us but also really broke down the repair process. We live and work in the area and it is not easy to find shops that is not only knowledgeable but wants to know if you are ok from your experience. Without going into details, you know someone is worthy of your time, when they express gratitude the moment you meet. No one likes to be inconvenienced by an accident but having a team like Avo and Moe, along with their repair crew really made a difference on how my claim could have turned out.

5/5 stars. The best bodyshop on Ventura BLVD! I came in to see if I could get the spare cover buffed for my G Wagon, after being told by the dealer I'd be upwards of 2k to replace (insane) and that buffing it out wouldn't be an option. Mike, Moe & Avo all took care of me. They were able to buff out the tire with a speedy 2 hour turnaround! Communicative, friendly and HONEST. I will be coming back for all my car needs!! Sooo I pretty much blew out my tire of my Mini Cooper, thanks to the universe I was led here. I didn't have my wheel lock, but Avo, Mike, and Moe were geniuses and my heroes that day. They figured out how take out the specialized lock and fix my wheel. Incredibly super down to earth and that's what we needed at this time. I'll be coming back for any further repairs for my tiny car!
